Bathroom remodel: we went back to MBL at the beginning of this fall and trusted them with our guest bathroom remodel. They just finished the work and as you can see in the picture the result speaks for itself 🙂 we are super happy with how MBL planned the project, scheduled the work.. every morning they showed up in time, zero excuses, worked all day , cleaned up, organized consistently day after day until the end. Not to mention how nice the guys are and considerate especially when I had to work at home some days.
Thank you a million for keeping the wife and I happy.
We contracted MBL this summer to paint the exterior of our home and also the interior. Mark’s quality, attention to detail and finish is top notch. He kept us informed daily of the progress and we had no surprises throughout the experience. We got what we wanted and my wife and I were very happy with the results. Mark & his team at MBL remodel did a beautiful job on our 2nd floor bathroom.We wanted to convert our outdated bathroom with a bathtub/shower to a walk-in standing shower only. Mark is great at communicating - he keeps you updated on every step of the process and includes honest information on delays etc. The guys showed up every day, on time and worked from 8am-5pm. They tried their best to be as neat and quiet as possible and were trustworthy and kind while working in our home. I'd recommend MBL!

Mark and his team did an outstanding job remodeling a bonus room and bathroom for us. Everyone was very professional, on time and extremely attentive to our needs no matter how small. Mark does not take any shortcuts and you can tell he takes a lot of pride in the work. They also happened to come in at the lowest price among the estimates we got! We're very happy with the final product and we would not hesitate utilizing his services again.

MBL Remodeling finished 3 jobs at our home and we'll hire them again for the next project. We found Mark's estimates to be fair and in line with competitors. Mark clearly explained the timeline for start and completion along with a payment schedule. Each day the work area was cleaned and he'd summarize the work that was completed. If issues came up he'd consult with us and give options for resolution. The 3 projects included painting several rooms, a 1500 sq. ft. basment, and a bathroom. MBL has the craftsmanship and professionalism that you'll want working on your home.

As a homeowner who lacks home repair skills, i have had to use outside companies. Ive had all kinds of experiences, some good but few i truly felt were pros in every respect. But thats no longer the case.Mark and his talented crew are the kind of company every homeowner wishes they could have. Extremely competent, efficient , and very fair in their pricing. They are total professionals and very easy to work with. Im grateful that i dont have to hunt for a home repair company. I will always call on Mark and his talented crew. For those who might have never remodeled their place or had a bad experience with another remodeling company, MBL is the right team to choose. The owner is very responsive. The two contractors that were completing the remodeling were very polite, respectful, and detailed. Most importantly the two contractors walked and talked with us, providing step by step details as to what they were doing. This eased my mind since I am new remodeling.

Mark and his crew recently painted my interior and exterior, and I’m 100% pleased with the outcome. Excellent attention to detail, even in areas of the house that had been painted poorly before or have sloppier architectural details — he made them look better. In painting my patio door area he noticed the door sticking, asked me if he could fix it, and did ... which probably extended the life of that door by a few years.
Outside, I had an area in the front that had been repaired with a different substrate, so other paint jobs showed the difference — you could tell because the paint covered differently. Mark applied the right products, the right way, so now you can’t see a difference.
He was always on time, always kept our house tidy, and his pricing was in line with others. For the quality and service, his work can’t be beat.
